Schenk UK is an innovative, national tanker haulage business operating one of the largest road tanker fleets in the country. For over 60 years, we've proudly served the chemicals, gas, fuels, waste, and powders sectors, becoming the UK's largest chemical transporter.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced LGV Driver to join our team based out of BOC Brinsworth.
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Days, typical start times between 06:00 and 09:00. Start & finish times will vary.
- Position Type: PERMANENT
- Responsibilities: Delivering products to our customers across the country on our BOC contract. This role involves moving compressed gas cylinders between the BOC Site and driving a counterbalance FLT to load and unload your vehicle. Full training will be provided.

Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: £15.81 per hour
- Overtime: Between £23.72 to £31.62 per hour
Essential Requirements:
- A safety-minded focus.
- An LGV Class 1 licence with no more than three points.
- A tachograph cards.
- A Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
- A strong understanding of Driver Transport Legislation.
- Minimum 3 years Class 1 experience.
Desirable Requirements:
- Counterbalance FLT experience (full training will be delivered irrespectively).
- A valid ADR licence for all classes including package goods other than 1 & 7 is desirable.
