We are recruiting for a Street Lighting operative with HIAB experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of electrical installation and maintenance works.
Duties
- Carry out a variety of skilled tasks including the installation and repair of Street Lights, Illuminated Traffic Bollards and Illuminated Signs
- Traffic Management Operations
- Driving/operating vehicles/plant requiring both general and specialist skills
- Ability to undertake activities associated with light goods vehicles to include MEWP vehicles
- Other ad-hoc duties to fulfil the requirement of the role

There will be a requirement to work some unsociable hours and overtime and to undertake emergency call out and standby when required
Experience and qualifications required
- Street lighting or highways experience
- Category C driving licence with CPC entitlement or a drivers qualification card
- Certification in HIAB operation, demonstrating proficiency in crane handling and load management
- Knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for commercial driving
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshoot minor issues
