The Liaison Psychiatry Team
The Liaison Psychiatry Team provide assessments and support to service users referred to our service by the general hospital wards.
We are Hiring
We are looking to recruit an administrator to our team. You will be required to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as day to day you will be required to interact with a number of different people, and are often the first point of call when contacting our service. In addition to customer care skills, you need to demonstrate excellent IT skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and interact with various individuals.
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide a professional phone-in service to patients, carers, relatives, and other professionals.
- Work accurately under pressure and remain calm.
- Work well as part of a team.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
