Liberty Blume Business Solutions, or BBS for short, sits right at the heart of what we do at Liberty Blume, providing technology first, cost effective business services that can be scaled to provide the support our businesses need to operate effectively.
Join Our BBS Graduate Scheme
Join our dedicated BBS graduate scheme, and gain in-depth experience of our operations from those who know it best. You’ll develop your expertise by working on real projects, laying the groundwork for a future leadership role.
Assessment Centre
The Assessment Centre for this scheme will be held in mid January 2027.
What To Expect
Our scheme consists of varying rotations all based in our Bradford office across our exciting BBS functions:
- Accounting Operations
- HR Operations
- Legal Operations
- Tech Solutions
- Tech Run & Innovate
- Tech Transformation
During the programme, you’ll build a core understanding of our strategy and operations across different territories and markets, and experience different roles to help accelerate your growth. Over two years you’ll rotate through three different teams across BBS, giving you a taste for a variety of potential career paths you may choose to follow.

Year One
Your first year will be two placements of six months, enabling you to gain great operational experience and setting you up for your final year.
Year Two
The final year gives you the opportunity to be involved in developing how we use cutting edge technology to make improvements and implement technology solutions to real world business challenges.
