Role: Sales Executive – Lithium-Ion Battery Storage & Transport Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven LiBox Sales Executive to develop new business and accelerate sales across our lithium-ion battery storage and transport solutions. This is a business development-focused role for someone who can identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and convert prospects into long-term accounts. You will work with customers across sectors where the safe handling, storage and transportation of lithium-ion batteries is increasingly important, helping organisations manage damaged, defective and end-of-life batteries safely and in line with relevant regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will combine strong B2B sales skills with the ability to understand customers' operational challenges and confidently sell technical, safety-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify, target and develop new business opportunities across relevant industries and market sectors.
  • Generate and qualify leads through proactive outbound sales, networking, trade exhibitions, industry associations, referrals and other business development activities.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing opportunities from initial prospecting through to close.
  • Develop strategic account plans for key customers and high-value prospects.
  • Identify new markets, applications and commercial opportunities for LiBox solutions.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Deliver against monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, quotations and commercial proposals.
  • Manage negotiations covering pricing, contracts and supply agreements.
  • Convert qualified opportunities into profitable, long-term customer relationships.
  • Maximise account value through cross-selling and upselling complementary products and services.
  • Maintain strong commercial discipline around margins, pricing and opportunity management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
