Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The main courier part of this post will involve visiting all eleven libraries across the borough three to four times a week, mainly delivering and collecting boxes of books weighing up to 20kg. Throughout the day, books are sorted at each library site and at the end of the day at the main office, internal book storage at each library is monitored and consortium book collections are sorted.

Flexibility on a daily route is crucial to enable ad hoc deliveries requested at any library to take place without a delay in the service. Excellent communication with all staff is vital to ensure any delays or missed collections are explained and a solution put in place.

You may also be asked to deliver furniture, resources and promotional items to HMP/YOI Feltham to support their service delivery.

Library at Home Library Assistant part of this post will be supporting the team to ensure delivery to the most vulnerable residents of the borough. Following a pre-planned route, deliveries of books, audiobooks and puzzles are made to individuals unable to use our public libraries and to care homes in block loans.

About The Team You’ll Be Working In

You’ll be based with the Library at Home team but working with all colleagues throughout the Community Hub and Libraries. Our Community Hub and Libraries offer residents access to books, information and support and this post ensure residents have access to books, resources and up-to-date information at all times.
