Job Title: Library Customer Advisor (The Hive)

Salary: £13482.93 - £13696.91 per annum

Hours: 19.5 hours per week

Location: The Hive

Team: Libraries

Contract Type: Permanent

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of the first integrated public and University Library in the UK.

The Library Customer Advisor role is diverse, exciting and no two days are the same. You will help our customers access a wide range of resources and services. A typical day could see you provide digital one to one support, lead events and activities such as a song or storytelling session for children or an online activity group for adults. Expect to learn something new every day in a fast-paced customer focused environment.

Working hours are based on a 2 week rota and include some weekend working and some evening (until 10pm) working.
