Here at Warwickshire Libraries, we are looking for a full-time Senior Customer Service Assistant to join our friendly team at Leamington & Whitnash.
Role Overview
The role of a Senior Customer Service Assistant at these libraries is a very rewarding job supervising volunteers and Customer Service Assistants. We provide many services to our customers, and no two days are the same and it is a privilege to promote and showcase our various activities and events to our community.
Leamington is an amazing area to work in and the role covering Leamington and Whitnash library also includes working in and with the staff at our library in Lillington. You would be joining an incredible supportive team of individuals. It’s a job that makes you want to come to work in the morning.
Working Pattern
Week 1:
- Monday: 8:30am-5pm
- Tuesday: 8:30am-6pm
- Wednesday: 8:30am-6pm
- Thursday: 8:30am-5pm
- Friday: WHI 10:30am-4pm (30 min lunch)
Week 2:
- Monday: 8:30am-5pm
- Tuesday: 8:30am-6pm
- Wednesday: Day off
- Thursday: 8:30am-5pm
- Friday: 9am-5pm
- Saturday: 9am-4:30pm
- Sunday: working 1 in every 6 on a Week 2
