iTrust121 is a structured estate planning system that helps advisers turn identified risks into fully implemented client solutions. Rather than stopping at will drafting, iTrust121 provides a framework, product suite, and delivery system that supports comprehensive estate planning across wills, trusts, LPAs, and tax considerations. The platform enables independent estate planners, will writers, and adviser-led firms to offer complete legacy and trust solutions while maintaining ownership of the client relationship. By simplifying implementation and standardizing quality, iTrust121 increases value per client, supports scalable growth, and improves outcomes for both advisers and their clients.
Role Description
The Licensed Adviser role is a full-time self-employed position. In this role, the adviser will conduct detailed client consultations, assess estate planning needs, and recommend appropriately structured solutions using the iTrust121 framework and product suite. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Preparing and reviewing wills, trusts, LPAs, and related documentation
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
- Coordinating with internal teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience

The adviser will manage and grow their own portfolio of clients, maintain accurate records, and provide ongoing guidance as client circumstances evolve. The role also involves:
- Participating in training
- Supporting the expansion of comprehensive estate planning services within your region
- Being willing to adopt a modern approach and strategy to achieve maximum revenue potential
Qualifications
- Estate planning expertise, including experience with wills, trusts, LPAs, and basic tax considerations relevant to client estates.
- Ideally providing at least some of these services to your own clients or financial services.
- Excellent client-facing skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, build trust, and handle sensitive family and financial situations.
- Comfort working within a systemized framework or platform, with good general IT skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload, prioritize tasks, and deliver consistently.
- Maintaining ownership of the client relationship and a willingness to expand your current skills and earnings potential.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., STEP, legal or financial planning credentials) is highly desirable, but not essential; previous experience in an adviser-led firm or currently involved in estate planning practice is a plus.
