SAN Global Fashion | Leicester | Full-Time

SAN Global Fashion is looking for a talented and commercially minded Licensed Graphic Designer to join our growing UK design team, with a key focus on creating fashion-led graphics for Disney and other licensed brands across apparel.

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who understands how to take globally recognised characters and franchises and translate them into fresh, trend-relevant and highly commercial fashion graphics for the UK and international retail market.

The Role

Working closely with our fashion designers, customers and account managers, you will be responsible for developing licensed graphic concepts from initial trend research through to production-ready artwork.

The role will predominantly focus on Disney licensing, working across characters, franchises and seasonal stories to create graphics that feel current, elevated and appropriate for each retailer and consumer.

You will:

  • Create original, commercial licensed apparel graphics, with a strong focus on Disney.
  • Interpret seasonal fashion and graphic trends through the lens of licensed characters and franchises.
  • Develop graphics across womenswear, girlswear, nightwear, loungewear and jersey, with opportunities to work across additional categories.
  • Work confidently with licensed character assets, style guides and brand guidelines.
  • Rework and manipulate existing licensed artwork to create new, fashion-led compositions.
  • Develop placement prints, typography, badges, repeat patterns and graphic treatments.
  • Produce colourways and artwork appropriate for different retailers and consumer profiles.
  • Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork and graphic specifications.
  • Work closely with the wider design team to ensure graphics complement garment shapes, fabrics and overall collection direction.
  • Support customer presentations and range-building with strong visual concepts.
  • Respond quickly to customer feedback and commercial opportunities.
  • Liaise with our international teams to ensure artwork is translated accurately into production.
  • Maintain an excellent understanding of the competitive market, emerging graphic trends and licensed product.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
