TSR Legal are pleased to be representing a well-established and highly regarded law firm with a longstanding reputation for delivering exceptional client service across South Wales. This respected practice is seeking an experienced licensed Conveyancer to become part of its friendly and supportive property team.

The Role
You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling matters with a high degree of autonomy while delivering an excellent client experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Providing a high standard of client care and maintaining regular communication throughout the transaction.
- Progressing matters efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Working closely with colleagues to support the wider property team.
- Assisting with the mentoring and development of junior team members where appropriate.
- Ensuring files are managed in accordance with internal procedures, compliance requirements and key deadlines.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.

About You
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with:
- At least two years' experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload.
- The ability to handle transactions independently from instruction to completion.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive and commercially minded approach.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
