About Us

We are a well-established, high street law firm with a strong reputation for providing excellent client care and professional legal services. There is potential to be based from one of our five offices across Greater Manchester, including Oldham, Stalybridge, Radcliffe, and Worsley. The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career in a supportive environment.

  • Managing a caseload of residential property transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently.
  • Conducting title checks, searches, and reviewing reports on title.
  • Providing clear, practical, and timely advice to clients throughout the transaction.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records and case management data.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior staff where appropriate.

About You

  • Qualified Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and file management.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive office culture.
