The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career in a supportive environment.

- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently.
- Conducting title checks, searches, and reviewing reports on title.
- Providing clear, practical, and timely advice to clients throughout the transaction.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records and case management data.
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff where appropriate.
About You
- Qualified Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and file management.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive office culture.
