The Opportunity

An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its successful Residential Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional looking to manage a varied and high-quality caseload whilst benefiting from hybrid working, strong administrative support, and genuine long-term career progression.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently whilst delivering exceptional client service.

You will liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, and third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently whilst maintaining compliance with SRA, CQS, and internal procedures.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
  • Minimum 4 years' PQE within Residential Conveyancing
  • Proven ability to independently manage a busy caseload
  • Strong technical knowledge of Residential Property Law
  • Experience handling Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, and Remortgage transactions
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and billing targets
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
  • High attention to detail and compliance standards
