About the Role
NBB Waldrons is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer /Licensed Conveyancer/ Conveyancing Executive/ Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters within a supportive and well-established team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional but approachable environment where you will be trusted to manage your own files while benefiting from strong team support and opportunities for progression.
We are committed to delivering a high-quality client experience and building long-term client relationships rather than operating a high-volume conveyancing model.
You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently and clients are kept informed throughout the process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing residential sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters
- Keeping clients regularly updated throughout their transaction
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders, brokers and third parties
- Progressing files efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Maintaining compliance with SRA regulations, AML requirements and firm procedures
- Building strong client and professional relationships through excellent service delivery

About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and client-focused with previous residential conveyancing experience. Applications are welcomed from:
- Licensed Conveyancers
- Legal Executives (CILEX)
- Experienced Residential Property Fee Earners
You will ideally have:
- Experience independently managing residential conveyancing matters
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A professional and positive approach to teamwork
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
