Licensed Regional Director – The Alpha Group International

Looking to add high-ticket, recurring revenue to your consulting, coaching, or executive career?

The Alpha Group International (TAG) is expanding globally and looking for exceptional leaders, consultants, and entrepreneurs to become Licensed Regional Directors.

Instead of a traditional 9-to-5 job, this is a long-term business partnership and franchise model where you build and lead your own executive peer-to-peer advisory boards for SME owners and CEOs within your region.

What You Will Do

  • Facilitate Mastermind Boards: Bring local senior business leaders together once a month to help them solve strategic challenges and scale their companies.
  • Enjoy Exceptional Time Freedom: Once your board is established, your core commitment is just one 6.5-hour meeting per month per group, allowing you total flexibility while managing your own schedule. You can run multiple groups.
  • Build a Lucrative Income Stream: Tap into a proven commercial model designed to generate recurring, performance-driven revenue, alongside keeping 100% of any independent consulting income you generate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
