The Role
As a Licensing Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Licensing Manager to deliver a high performing, commercially focused licensing programme. This is a fast-paced, hands on role where attention to detail, organisation and a proactive mindset will help drive the success of our partnerships and product ranges.

Roles and Responsibilities
- You’ll support the day-to-day management of licensing activity, from coordinating product approvals and tracking licensee performance to maintaining commercial records and supporting contract administration.
- You’ll also contribute to market research helping the team identify new categories, unlock commercial opportunities and bring innovative products to fans.
- Working closely with teams across Merchandising, Sports partnerships, Marketing, Legal and Finance, you’ll help keep projects moving and ensure our licensing activity is delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.
- You’ll also build strong relationships with external licensees and retail partners, supporting key commercial moments and helping turn opportunities into compelling products for fans.
- You’ll be part of a collaborative, ambitious team at Castore where pace matters, ideas are encouraged and everyone plays a role in driving the business forward.
Skills & Experience
- A genuine passion for sport, sports merchandise, brands and marketing, with an understanding of how licensing can bring fans closer to the teams and brands they love.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Detail-focused and commercially aware, with a commitment to maintaining accurate information, reporting and documentation.
- A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with colleagues, licensees, retail partners and other external stakeholders.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and working with trackers, reporting tools and shared systems.
- A proactive team player who takes ownership, spots opportunities and finds practical solutions when challenges arise.
- Curious and keen to learn, with the ambition to build a career in licensing, retail and the wider sports industry.
