Location: Premier League Offices, Paddington, W2 1HQ
The Premier League’s Partnerships and Licensing team are looking for a Licensing Executive who can support the team who are responsible for relationship management, contractual delivery and activation across all Premier League Partners and Licensees.
This is a fixed-term opportunity created to provide additional support during a period of maternity leave within the team. The Licensing Executive will work closely with the Licensing Manager and wider team while responsibilities are temporarily redistributed. The appointment will conclude at the end of the maternity-leave period, when the team returns to full capacity.
The successful candidate will be required to manage the day-to-day operational requirements of all Licensees, supporting the development of and approving product plans, working on marketing campaigns and ensuring contractual rights are delivered.

The work we do in conjunction with the Clubs also goes far beyond the 90 minutes. We support and provide a framework for youth development, we protect the organisation’s intellectual property, support the wider game and community programmes, undertake international development work and liaise with governing bodies and other leagues.

Our hybrid-working model also allows you some variety on your place of work, offering you the chance to work from home on some days each week. Where possible, you will attend the office or site visits in line with our company policy. All staff liaise closely with their line manager to manage their time appropriately and according to their work and team requirements.
The Role
- Providing day-to-day operational and administrative support on all Licensee accounts.
- Working closely with Licensees on product development roadmaps, growth strategies and workflows across all licensed products.
- Coordinating with Clubs the approval process for licensed products to ensure they are compliant with the Premier League and Club guidelines.
- Coordinating the approval and delivery of Licensee campaigns, including support across Premier League digital platforms.
- Liaison with Premier League Clubs regarding their rights and obligations in relation to Licensees.
- Liaison with other Premier League departments (in particular, Broadcasting, Digital and Communications), agencies and other third parties in respect of licensed product and marketing.
- Working closely with the internal team to deliver marketing rights, including tickets, hospitality, merchandise and events.
- Tracking Licensee royalty reports and providing analysis on sales performance and royalties.
- Any further support where needed across our partners and licensees to ensure all rights are delivered.

Role Requirement
- Relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant experience of partner account management with operational/licensing focus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Well organised with an ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines.
- Attention to detail, proactive and methodical approach to tasks.
- A can-do attitude, inspires others through own positive attitudes, energy, and passion.
- Good understanding of football and an appreciation of the Premier League’s structure and context in the industry is desired but not required.
