We are working with a top tier national law firm based in Belfast for a solicitor to join their Licensing team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a growing Commercial & Licensing team, advising clients across Northern Ireland with a particular focus on the hospitality and leisure sectors.
The role will involve a broad mix of licensing and general commercial work, including commercial contracts, corporate acquisitions, property leases and licensing-related court advocacy. The successful candidate will work directly with clients, provide practical and commercially focused advice and develop specialist expertise in licensing with support from experienced lawyers.

Essential Criteria:
- NQ+ years’ PQE;
- Commercial awareness;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong academic background;
- Team player.
