Role Description

The Advisor will explain complex insurance and financial concepts in a clear way, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate records in line with regulatory requirements. The Advisor will also collaborate with colleagues and insurers, stay updated on market developments, and work toward agreed performance and quality targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Insurance, particularly life insurance products and policies
  • Understanding of Finance principles, including budgeting, risk management, and personal financial planning
  • Background in Consulting or advisory roles, with the ability to analyze client needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and building long-term relationships
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, including clear explanation of complex information
  • Relevant certifications in financial services or insurance (e.g., industry-recognized qualifications) are an advantage
  • Experience working in regulated environments, with strong attention to detail and compliance awareness
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a hybrid setup, and meet performance goals
