Life Insurance Specialist / Protection Adviser
Existing Client Bank | Quality Opportunities | Up to 75% Commission Split
Are you a Protection Adviser frustrated by having to generate all your own leads? We're working with a growing, client-focused brokerage that has spent the last six years building a substantial client bank and is now looking for an experienced adviser to help service existing clients and maximise review opportunities.
This isn't a cold-start opportunity. You'll have access to an established client base, quality opportunities and support from the business owners as you build your pipeline.

The Role
You'll provide expert advice across:
- Life Insurance
- Critical Illness Cover
- Income Protection
- Family Protection Planning
The objective is simple: help existing and prospective clients protect what matters most while building long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.

About You
- Proven experience as a Protection Adviser
- Strong knowledge of protection products and providers
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow your earnings
- Passionate about delivering great customer outcomes
- Available to work hybrid from the company office in Borehamwood
