Protection Adviser (R05)
London | Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)
Basic Salary: £35,000 + Uncapped Commission OTE £60,000+
Are you an experienced R05-qualified Protection Adviser looking for high-quality leads, a genuine consultative sales process, and the opportunity to increase your earnings significantly?
We are working with a well-established, highly respected financial services organisation that is looking to add a further Protection Adviser to its growing team.

The Role
You will be speaking with clients who have already expressed an interest in protection advice, helping them identify suitable solutions and ensuring they receive the right cover for their individual circumstances. The business follows a consultative advice process rather than a one call close environment, allowing advisers to focus on quality customer outcomes and long term relationships.
About You
- Previous experience as a Protection Adviser
- Strong understanding of Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection and related products
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a consultative advice environment
- Comfortable commuting into London three days per week
- RO5 qualification preferred
- Whole of market experience advantageous
- Client-focused approach with a strong commitment to service
