This is a fantastic opportunity for a dual qualified patent attorney in the field of Life Sciences to join a team of over 40 trainee and qualified attorneys. - Ideally be a circa 2-4 years post qualified European and UK patent attorney.
- Be technically astute, with the ability to quickly understand any biotechnology subject matter, in particular subject matter relating to immunology and cancer immunotherapy, RNA therapeutics and/or gene editing.
- Ideally have experience of EPO opposition and appeal proceedings, as well as freedom to operate and/or due diligence projects.
- Have an interest in and understanding of product development issues and lifecycle management in the therapeutics sector.
- Be ambitious - looking to develop your career and grow your own practice. However, there would be a full workload to take on from the start.
- Be client-focused and have superb relationship building ability.
- Work autonomously and take responsibility for your own caseload.
- Have an interest in or experience of business development activities.
