About the Role

The Life Sciences Program Executive (PE) is a senior, client-facing individual contributor within the Global Life Sciences Acceleration Hub at Salesforce. In this role, you will expertly lead multi-workstream transformations, manage strategic accounts, and oversee complex enterprise implementations where precision is paramount and outcomes have direct C-suite visibility. You will act as a strategic advisor to customers, partners, and internal teams, fully owning the end-to-end program P&L, leading the Salesforce project team, and governing the budget. Sitting at the helm of AI and Agentforce transformations, you will help Life Sciences organizations accelerate drug commercialization, streamline field engagement, and modernize clinical and commercial operations. Success in this role is defined by consistent delivery, proactive risk management, and the ability to build strong customer confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Govern Program Strategy: Create the program strategy, management approach, and governance models. Guide executive and program-level stakeholders to align on clear objectives, outcomes, and KPIs.
  • Own Customer Outcomes: Serve as the executive-facing delivery contact for the engagement. Manage communications up to the CxO level regarding expectations, performance, and issue resolution.
  • Elevate Team Performance: Lead, inspire, and mentor cross-functional Salesforce Professional Services teams, contributing to methodologies that improve service delivery across strategic accounts.
  • Manage End-to-End Delivery: Oversee full service delivery to meet all contractual commitments. Maintain financial accountability for bid-versus-delivered margins.
  • Drive Adoption & Consumption: Translate delivered value into measurable adoption of AI and agentic capabilities. Align IT strategy and governance with deep Life Sciences industry expertise to ensure customer impact.
  • Proactively Mitigate Risk: Anticipate and manage risks to both Salesforce and the customer, taking decisive action and providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Expand Business Value: Proactively identify and develop new opportunities that deliver mutual value, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Success, Technology, and Product teams to maintain alignment as One Salesforce.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
