About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Salesforce is looking for a Life Sciences Program Executive (PE) to lead high-impact, enterprise-scale AI and digital transformations for our most strategic Life Sciences customers. Operating within the Global Life Sciences Acceleration Hub, this executive-facing individual contributor leads cross-functional delivery teams across complex, multi-workstream programs where strategic alignment, precise execution, and executive relationship management are essential.
In this role, you will serve as the strategic advisor and delivery lead for flagship engagements across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical technology. You will manage end-to-end program delivery—governing P&L performance, leading executive steering committees, and leveraging AI and agentic workflows to accelerate customer value, commercial efficiency, and operational modernization.
Key Responsibilities
-
Strategic Program Governance & Executive Delivery
- Own end-to-end program delivery and execution for multi-million-dollar ($10M+) complex Life Sciences transformations.
- Lead executive steering committees and maintain trusted advisory relationships with customer C-suite executives, business sponsors, and IT leaders.
- Define program strategy, governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and key success metrics aligned with customer outcomes.
- Manage engagement P&L, contract commitments, revenue forecasting, earned value analysis, and bid-versus-delivered margins.
-
AI Innovation & Operational Transformation
- Embed AI productivity tools and agentic workflows into delivery operations to improve team efficiency and model outcomes for customers.
- Guide customers in adopting Agentforce and Life Sciences platform capabilities to modernize field engagement, commercial operations, and clinical workflows.
- Align IT strategy, business processes, and governance to drive solution adoption and measurable business impact.
-
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional project teams and partner resources across global geographies without direct positional authority.
- Drive alignment across internal Salesforce functions—including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support—to operate seamlessly as One Salesforce.
- Contribute reusable artifacts, delivery frameworks, and operational best practices to elevate service delivery standards across the organization.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
