About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role

The Life Sciences Program Executive is a senior, executive-facing individual contributor within the Global Life Sciences Acceleration Hub at Salesforce. In this role, you will lead our most complex and strategic Life Sciences customer engagements, overseeing multi-workstream transformations and enterprise implementations.

You will own the end-to-end program P&L, direct the Salesforce project team, lead steering committees, and manage executive customer relationships. The ideal candidate brings a deep background in Life Sciences (pharma, biotech, medtech) combined with IT or management consulting delivery experience, acting as a strategic advisor to customers, partners, and internal teams. You will sit at the forefront of AI transformations that accelerate drug commercialization, streamline field engagement, and modernize operations through intelligent, autonomous agents.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage AI tooling and workflow automation to optimize program delivery, reduce manual overhead, and drive efficiency for your project teams.
  • Define the program strategy, governance, and management approach, ensuring alignment with executive stakeholders on key objectives and business outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary executive-facing delivery contact, owning communications regarding performance, expectations, and issue resolution up to the CxO level.
  • Foster and elevate high-performing cross-functional Professional Services teams, contributing to methodologies that improve service delivery across strategic accounts.
  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery, maintaining accountability for program financials, including budget governance, bid-versus-delivered margins, and contract commitments.
  • Drive the adoption of AI and transformational capabilities by aligning IT strategy and processes with measurable customer outcomes.
  • Proactively anticipate, mitigate, and manage project risks, providing actionable recommendations and strategic guidance to leadership.
  • Identify new opportunities and expand business relationships in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver mutual value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
