Lifestyle Executive Assistant – Family Office
Fully Remote | Thursday–Monday | London-based Family Office
We are partnering with a private Family Office to appoint a Lifestyle Executive Assistant to join an established support team working with the Founder of a hedge fund across a broad mix of personal, family and business commitments.
This is a fully remote position working Thursday to Monday, providing important continuity of support across the weekend. You’ll work closely with the Chief of Staff and wider Lifestyle Team, ensuring the Founder’s schedule, travel, personal commitments and day-to-day requirements are exceptionally well organised.
It’s a busy, varied role for an EA who enjoys being at the centre of things. Plans can change quickly, priorities will compete and there will often be several moving parts to coordinate at once. You’ll need to be highly organised, discreet and responsive, with the judgement to anticipate what needs to happen next rather than waiting to be asked.
The role
You’ll take responsibility for:
- Managing a complex and constantly evolving diary across personal and business commitments.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, family commitments and social engagements.
- Proactively identifying clashes, managing changing priorities and resolving issues before they become problems.
- Arranging detailed domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation and itineraries.
- Providing broad lifestyle and personal support, working closely with the Founder and wider support team.
- Liaising with household staff, external advisors, service providers and other key contacts.
- Coordinating business meetings and engagements and preparing relevant information or documentation when required.
- Acting as a trusted point of coordination between the Founder and internal and external stakeholders.
- Working closely with the Chief of Staff and Lifestyle Team to ensure seamless coverage and communication.
- Supporting property-related projects, including coordination with advisors, contractors and service providers.
- Assisting with wider Family Office administration and ad hoc projects as required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
