As a Life24 Advisor at Amplius, you’ll work closely with customers to help them stay safe, well and connected in their own homes. From responding to emergency calls and coordinating support, to carrying out scheme checks and safeguarding referrals, you’ll play an important role in delivering a responsive, customer-focused service across Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire.

£28,937.27 per year (plus optional car allowance of £2,750.28)
Contract
9-month fixed term contract, full time
Your week
36.25 hours - Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm
Location
Hybrid - working across Northamptonshire schemes, with occasional attendance at our Milton Keynes office. Out-of-hours rota involvement is required.

Snapshot of your role
- Support customers to live safely and independently in their own homes.
- Respond to emergency calls and take part in the 24-hour response rota.
- Carry out customer welfare checks, risk assessments, and safeguarding referrals where needed.
- Signpost customers to relevant support services and help them report and monitor repairs.
- Complete health and safety checks, equipment testing, and scheme inspections.
- Keep accurate customer records and work with colleagues and partner organisations to deliver a high-quality service.
What we’re looking for
- Experience working in a customer-facing role and building positive relationships.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams, smartphones, and tablets.
- Ability to work independently, manage your workload, and stay organised.
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail, with experience maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information.
- A flexible, resilient, and compassionate approach, with the ability to travel regularly and take part in an out-of-hours rota.
