Join our team at KeolisAmey Metrolink (KAM), the largest light rail network in the UK!

Drive the future of asset performance and infrastructure reliability in this rare and exciting opportunity within our Asset Management Team. As a Lifecycle Delivery Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping asset management excellence, ensuring maintenance strategies, system governance frameworks, to deliver safe, efficient and sustainable outcomes across the network.

This is an opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, champion continuous improvement and supporting asset lifecycle planning, while contributing to the on-going success of a dynamic, safety-critical environment.

This position is a maternity cover expected to last a minimum of 12 months.

Key Accountabilities Will Include

  • Produce reports on the condition of assets across the network and work with maintenance teams to ensure condition scores are reviewed, updated, and recoded accurately to reflect the current state of the assets.
  • Maintain and coordinate the Annual Maintenance Plan and maintenance schedules, ensuring all activities are accurately planned, aligned with maintenance specifications, and support the safe, reliable and efficient performance assets across the network.
  • Continuously review and improve asset management systems, processes and planning activities, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, data quality, compliance and overall maintenance performance.
  • Develop and deliver tailored reports from key business systems, including CMMS and SharePoint, to help Engineering and Maintenance teams track performance, manage assets effectively and identify trends and improvement opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree-level qualification in an Engineering discipline (or another STEM subject) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of working within a busy multi-disciplined engineering environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Asset Management and asset lifecycle activities.
  • Very strong IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Sharepoint, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate or Python Pandas.
  • Experience with geospatial data, or QGIS is preferable.
