We’re looking for an enthusiastic Lifecycle Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in our Haywards Heath, West Sussex office.

This is a broad, multi-skilled and exciting role, supporting the development and delivery of marketing campaigns that engage our customer base. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity, customer insight and attention to detail. You’ll help bring campaigns to life, work with a range of stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing development of our CRM activity, playing a key part in delivering positive customer experiences.

Core skills we’re looking for:

  • Data literacy: Confident working with customer data and campaign performance insight.
  • Creativity: Able to create clear, engaging customer experiences and effective communications.
  • Attention to detail: Maintains accuracy and quality across all campaign activity.
  • Ownership: Takes responsibility, shows initiative and follows tasks through.

Working flexibly, you'll spend most of your time working from home, with one day a week in the office. If you prefer to be in the office more, that's good with us too.

What’s Involved:

  • You’ll help design, deliver and manage campaigns, focusing on optimising their effectiveness with a focus on BAU delivery.
  • You’ll work with a wide range of stakeholders across the business to help prioritise requirements, and plan and deliver appropriate activities to enhance the customer journey across CRM.
  • You’ll identify appropriate events in the customer journeys to deliver relevant and engaging offers.
  • You’ll help manage basic data manipulation and measuring effectiveness of lifecycle campaigns across the agreed Key Performance Indicators.
  • You’ll work closely with stakeholders in marketing, brand and UX design.
  • You’ll operate within the required regulatory & legal standards to mitigate business risk.
  • You’ll always ensure compliance with company standards.
  • You’ll support in the achievement, tracking and reporting of KPIs.
  • You’ll develop yourself at every opportunity to ensure maximum contribution to role.
  • You’ll work with selected external partners and colleagues in the Customer team and across Commercial & Marketing to design and implement successful campaigns in line with brand guidelines and customer principles.
  • You’ll own end-to-end execution of email campaigns from design to customer selection and send, working with the relevant colleagues across the business.
  • You’ll support the Lifecycle Marketing Lead and Manager with testing and optimising matrix.

Experience

  • Some experience in a lifecycle/engagement marketing or CRM role is desirable.
  • Experience utilising a CMS platform such as Dotdigital or Braze is desirable.
  • Experience in financial services is preferable but not essential.

Skills

  • Data literacy skills, including confidence working with customer data, interpreting campaign performance and using insight to support decision-making.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Has a mix of technical and creative flair, plus an analytical head.
  • Good time management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and turn ideas from concept into reality.
  • An interest in customer engagement principles and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems (such as Dotdigital as well as social media channels) and working within a test and learn environment to enhance customer journeys desired but not essential.
  • Presenting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to check work carefully and maintain accuracy across customer communications, data selections and campaign execution are desirable.

  • An understanding of digital technologies (with a specific focus on CRM).
  • A passion for improving customer journeys and putting the customer at the centre of our website usability.
  • An understanding of viewing and interpreting data from dashboards.
  • An understanding of working within an agile environment.
