Hunter is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our fully remote team. This role is about using email, social, channel, and paid to help users reach their a-ha moment in the product, increase usage, and generate revenue.
You'll be the go-to person for all things lifecycle, owning the strategy and execution of this critical area.
You'll report to the Head of Marketing, and work alongside a cross-departmental team: Ana (Account Manager), Antonio, Chris (Design), Gio (Head of Customer Success), Istvan (Design), Jeanro, Matt (CEO), Rui (Product Manager), and Ziemek.
Requirements
At Hunter, Marketing is a core part of how we generate brand affinity and revenue.
Hunter sits in a highly-competitive category with increasing noise, but thanks to its lineage as a first mover in 2015, it is an established, trusted brand.
In this role, you'll cut through that noise, joining a team of enthusiastic, highly-skilled marketers who take pride in their role as a caretaker of the brand. The touch points that we have with our users, as a trusted voice in a sea-of-sameness, are critical to growing the loyalty that millions of users have with Hunter.
Your goal is to own the entire lifecycle of our users so that more eyeballs see Hunter, more users find, verify, and send emails using the platform, API, and MCP server, and our brand continues to be the trusted voice in this category.
How Marketing Works At Hunter
Hunter's marketing has grown from SEO foundations. Over the last two years, more activity in research, content, email marketing, paid media, and affiliates have contributed to incredible growth.
Your task is to work on the onboarding and nurture engine that engages our users to promote our content, convert free users to paid plans, and increase the lifetime value of our users.
In this role, you need deep knowledge of this category, user empathy, and the stakeholder & project management skills to work with the Head of Marketing, Head of Customer Success, Product Manager, and our marketing team to deliver growth measured in free>paid conversion rate, lifetime value, and retention.
You'll walk into an established onboarding and nurture engine, dozens of campaigns, and co-marketing opportunities, and immediately hit the ground running, firstly by reviewing and creating rapid improvements to onboarding and nurturing, before turning your attention to planning and executing critical Q1 campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
