Job Summary
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager turns lifecycle strategy into scalable, measurable customer engagement campaigns for Avid's direct-to-consumer subscription business. This role owns assigned programs from planning through execution, launch, measurement, and optimization, bringing together cross-functional partners and ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on lifecycle or CRM marketer with strong program management, campaign operations, analytical thinking, and cross-functional leadership skills. You can turn a business objective into a clear engagement plan, keep work moving, and use results to improve what comes next.
This is an individual contributor role. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager owns campaign development start to finish and the program management of their assigned campaigns, not people management.
What You Will Do
Lifecycle Strategy & Campaign Ownership
- Own end-to-end lifecycle programs from business brief and strategy through execution, launch, measurement, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
- Turn business and customer objectives into campaign plans covering audiences, messaging, channels, dependencies, timelines, and success metrics.
- Manage multiple campaigns at once, identify risks and blockers to keep work moving to launch.
- Own programs across prospect conversion, onboarding, engagement, retention, renewal, win-back, and expansion.
Campaign Execution, Audience & Quality
- Own campaign execution across email (using Knak), in-app messaging, onsite experiences, and other lifecycle channels, including campaign setup and execution in Braze.
- Define segmentation, eligibility, personalization, and suppression requirements; partner with Data to validate logic, data availability, and reporting.
- Own campaign QA and readiness, including personalization, dynamic content, offers and pricing, suppression, links, landing pages, test sends, rendering, and launch checks.
- Monitor campaigns after launch and act quickly on issues affecting customer experience or business performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
