Risepoint is an education technology company that provides world-class support and trusted expertise to more than 100 universities and colleges. We primarily work with regional universities, helping them develop and grow their high-ROI, workforce-focused online degree programs in critical areas such as nursing, teaching, business, and public service. Risepoint is dedicated to increasing access to affordable education so that more students, especially working adults, can improve their careers and meet employer and community needs.

The Impact You Will Make

As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in improving student conversion across Risepoint’s UK university partner portfolio. Embedded within the UK marketing team, you will oversee conversion activity across the UK student funnel, translating lifecycle strategy into high-performing, student-centered journeys across email, SMS, CRM, and related channels that help prospective students move from initial enquiry through application, enrolment, start, and beyond.

Working closely with the central Lifecycle Marketing team in the US, you will align with global best practice, leverage existing platforms, tools, and frameworks, and ensure the UK funnel benefits from scalable lifecycle marketing expertise while reflecting UK market needs, student decision-making, and local partner priorities. Combining operational excellence with creative conversion thinking, this role will use automation, journey orchestration, segmentation, testing, and insight to identify new ways to engage, reassure, motivate, and convert prospective students throughout their decision-making journey.

How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life

What You Will Do:

  • Own lifecycle marketing and conversion activity across the UK student funnel, supporting prospective students from lead and enquiry through application, enrolment, start, and progression.
  • Build, manage, and optimise multi-step student journeys across email, SMS, CRM, and related channels, ensuring communications are timely, relevant, personalised, and aligned to key funnel stages.
  • Partner closely with the central Risepoint Lifecycle Marketing team to adopt best practice, align with shared lifecycle frameworks, and ensure UK activity benefits from global expertise while reflecting local market needs.
  • Translate UK recruitment priorities, student insights, and partner objectives into effective conversion campaigns, nurture journeys, reminder sequences, re-engagement activity, and decision-support communications.
  • Work closely with UK/EMEA product marketing managers, paid media, digital experience, creative, analytics, student engagement, and student support teams to create cohesive, joined-up student experiences across the funnel.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion beyond standard automation, using creative thinking, student insight, behavioural triggers, messaging tests, content, and channel optimisation and execution to reduce friction and increase progression.
  • Lead testing and optimisation across lifecycle activity, including A/B testing, segmentation, personalisation, send-time optimisation, subject lines, messaging, calls to action, and journey structure.
  • Analyse lifecycle campaign and funnel performance to identify insights, diagnose drop-off points, and recommend improvements that increase engagement, conversion rates, and speed through the funnel.
  • Maintain audience segmentation, data integrity, targeting logic, and campaign QA processes to support accurate, compliant, and effective lifecycle communications.
  • Ensure lifecycle activity aligns with email, SMS, data privacy, consent, deliverability, and channel best practices.
  • Develop reporting and insight on lifecycle marketing performance, translating campaign and journey data into clear recommendations for UK marketing, central lifecycle teams, and senior stakeholders.
  • Support new partner and programme launches by developing lifecycle journey requirements, conversion plans, nurture content, and campaign workflows that help convert prospective students from launch.
  • Identify opportunities to use automation, AI-enabled tools, scalable templates, and improved processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and performance across UK lifecycle marketing activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
