Are you passionate about building customer journeys that drive measurable business growth?

We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join a global Consumer Engagement team in a globally recognised entertainment brand, delivering data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage millions of customers across the world.

This is a 12 month contract - working one day in the office per week and the balance from home.

You'll take ownership of the full campaign lifecycle, from planning and build through to testing, execution, optimisation and performance analysis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and deploying campaigns within lifecycle marketing platforms.
  • Creating customer journeys, audience segmentation and automated trigger-based campaigns.
  • Collaborating with creative, analytics, localisation and marketing teams across Europe, Asia and the Americas.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and using data-driven insights to optimise future activity.
  • Supporting a continuous test-and-learn approach to improve customer engagement.
  • Identifying new opportunities to enhance lifecycle marketing programmes and customer experiences.

What we're looking for

  • Solid experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing or Customer Engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, Braze or a similar marketing automation platform.
  • Experience building customer journeys, automated campaigns and audience segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make data-led recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for improving customer experiences.
  • Degree educated in Marketing, Business, Mathematics or a related discipline is desirable.
