Lifecycle Senior Specialist (OHS): Contract Management
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lifecycle Senior Specialist (OHS): Contract Management based in United Kingdom.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in managing occupational health and safety operations across multiple countries.
- You’ll oversee vendor partnerships, contracting processes, health assessments, safety training, and compliance activities.
- The role combines operational ownership with process improvement, stakeholder management, and regulatory expertise.
- You’ll work across jurisdictions, helping ensure employees receive consistent, high-quality occupational health and safety support.
- Your expertise will also contribute to new policies, audits, and scalable processes across a global organization.
- You’ll collaborate with People, Legal, vendors, and internal teams in a highly autonomous, asynchronous environment.
- The role is ideal for an OHS professional who enjoys solving complex problems and making a measurable global impact.
Accountabilities
- Manage and execute occupational health and safety solutions across multiple jurisdictions with minimal supervision, ensuring compliance, employee safety, and a high-quality experience.
- Act as an internal point of contact for routine and complex OHS questions while providing guidance and support to junior team members.
- Identify, onboard, contract, and manage OHS vendors, training partners, health centers, and other external providers.
- Own vendor relationships and deliverables, monitor performance through structured assessments, and provide consistent feedback to improve service quality.
- Coordinate health assessments, safety training, and other OHS-related activities for employees across multiple countries.
- Lead and coordinate internal country-level OHS audits to help ensure compliance with applicable local regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing OHS procedures and practices, while designing and implementing new processes from the ground up.
- Partner with People and Legal teams to develop and implement occupational health and safety policies.
- Contribute to the wider goals and values of the Lifecycle Operations function while acting as a trusted OHS representative internally and externally.
- Handle employee data and confidential information securely, following established protocols and maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Requirements
- Degree or professional certification in Occupational Health and Safety, with relevant experience covering multiple countries, particularly across Europe.
- Proven experience identifying, onboarding, coordinating, or managing vendors and external partners.
- Experience managing OHS matters across multiple jurisdictions and supporting employees and external providers in different countries.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to map, optimize, and implement processes effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate proactively and positively with distributed teams and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative yet independent working style, with the confidence to take ownership and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Growth-oriented and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly when priorities or circumstances change.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
- Previous experience working in a remote environment is beneficial but not essential.
- Familiarity with AI tools used in HR, OHS, or operational workflows is an advantage.
