Two brands. One team.
ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed, we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.
LIFEGUARD & SWIM COACH
Navigate the unknown as a ROVA Experience Specialist.
ROVA Health is looking for a qualified Lifeguard and Swim Coaches to join our new onsite team at a high-profile Central London site. This is a pool-first role: keeping the water safe, watching every length, and coaching swimmers of all abilities through technique that actually sticks. Alongside your lifeguard and swim coaching duties, you’ll bring energy to group fitness, multi-sports and studio sessions across our Pool, Studio and MUGA spaces.
You’ll need to hold, or be working towards, the qualifications that let you do this properly: a valid NPLQ, Swim England coaching accreditation, and the safeguarding know-how to keep every user safe in and out of the water. In return, you’ll be part of a new multidisciplinary team helping to deliver 5-star wellbeing experiences that genuinely raise the bar, reporting into a full-time onsite Manager.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
