Location: Trevarna Residential and Nursing Home, Trevarna - 4 Carlyon Rd, Saint Austell PL25 4LD

Hourly Rate: £13.45 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver meaningful experiences and events tailored to residents' interests, preferences, and lifestyles
  • Develop personalised one-to-one experiences, encouraging residents to engage with both familiar and new opportunities
  • Collaborate with your team to foster a positive, inclusive environment where everyone belongs
  • Enhance resident experiences by building internal and external connections within and beyond the home
  • Infuse the role with fresh ideas, creativity, and curiosity, transforming daily life into meaningful, social, and engaging moments

Preferred experience: Previous roles as a Wellbeing Assistant, Activities Coordinator, or in event planning and management will be positively regarded.
