We’re Hiring: Lifestyle Concierge | Manchester | £36,000
Anabas Welcome, a leading Front of House and guest experience provider, is looking for an exceptional Lifestyle Concierge to take the lead on one of our most prestigious portfolio contracts in Manchester.
This is a unique opportunity to work across a premium environment supporting corporate clients, residents, retailers and high-net-worth individuals, delivering a truly personalised lifestyle and concierge service.
The Role
As Lifestyle Concierge, you will be the lead for the account, reporting directly to the Account Manager and taking ownership of the day-to-day management of the concierge service.
You will use your knowledge, relationships and creativity to respond to a wide range of lifestyle and business requests, including:
- Securing sought-after restaurant reservations
- Arranging VIP access to exclusive events and experiences
- Connecting clients with luxury retailers and premium experiences
- Coordinating trusted domestic services
- Planning and delivering events, from intimate private dining to large-scale conferences
- Building strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, venues and retailers
- Leading and supporting the Front of House team in their Lifestyle Coordinator roles
- Providing reception and Front of House support when required

What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in candidates with experience in areas such as:
- Corporate or lifestyle concierge
- Luxury hotels or premium hospitality
- Senior PA or EA roles
- Family office or lifestyle management
- Events, travel, marketing, PR or other service-focused industries
You will need a proven ability to build and manage senior client relationships with discretion, confidence and professionalism, alongside strong end-to-end event management experience.
Most importantly, you will have a genuine passion for Manchester’s lifestyle scene, including restaurants, fashion, sport, travel, culture and the city’s newest experiences.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Can anticipate client needs and deliver solutions quickly
- Is confident managing multiple priorities and senior stakeholders
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Has experience managing event budgets and collateral
- Has knowledge of InDesign and Canva, which would be advantageous
- Enjoys building new supplier relationships and creating memorable experiences

Package
- Salary: £36,000
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Holiday: 28 days inclusive of Bank Holidays
