The Company
NewGen is a social-first creative and creator agency standing at the forefront of culture, creators, and community. On a mission to challenge outdated advertising methodologies and present a new way of doing things, we exist to revolutionise social connections — making advertising more relevant, engaging, fun, and effective.
Built on deep community expertise, NewGen understands how modern consumers interact, share, and make decisions in the digital age. We connect brands with the right creators and audiences in ways that feel authentic, not forced — because today's most powerful advertising doesn't look like advertising at all.
At the heart of NewGen is our talent representation practice — built on the belief that creators deserve more than just deals; they deserve a partner genuinely invested in their growth, their voice, and their legacy. We champion creators who are genuinely themselves, supporting every aspect of their career — from brand partnerships and deal negotiation to creative strategy and beyond.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Manager to support our continued efforts in the world of Lifestyle Management. In this role, you will be pivotal in building and expanding our lifestyle division, whilst delivering robust strategies for management and acquiring new talent to the NewGen Talent roster.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing lifestyle talent and a deep understanding of the creator economy. Your expertise will encompass talent acquisition, brand partnership negotiations, and the day-to-day management of creators. A personable approach, strong technical skills, and a passion for cultivating impactful creator-brand relationships are essential to excelling in this role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
