At Ten, we help our members make more of their time. From finding the right restaurant for a celebration to planning a spontaneous escape, securing sought-after tickets, or recommending experiences they may not have discovered otherwise, we turn everyday requests into memorable moments.
We’re looking for a Lifestyle Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom OR South Africa. This is a fast-paced, service-focused role for someone who is curious, resourceful, digitally confident, and genuinely passionate about travel, dining, entertainment, and lifestyle. You’ll need to be quick on your feet, confident communicating with members, and able to turn requests into highly personalised recommendations and solutions.
Whether helping a member plan a special dinner, a last-minute trip, tickets to a must-see event, or a thoughtful gift, you’ll bring together creativity, efficiency, and excellent judgement to deliver exceptional service.
Your Role
- Make it personal: Get to know what our members like and provide recommendations and solutions that feel genuinely tailored to them.
- Bring great experiences to life: Use your knowledge of restaurants, travel, entertainment, culture, and lifestyle to recommend experiences that feel relevant, thoughtful, and memorable.
- Create memorable moments: Support members with a wide variety of requests, from dining and entertainment to travel, celebrations, gifts, and harder-to-solve lifestyle needs.
- Plan great trips: Help research and arrange travel requests, including flights, hotels, and experiences, to create trips that match what the member is looking for.
- Think creatively: Go beyond the obvious answer. Find interesting options and smart solutions that make members feel understood.
- Work with pace and accuracy: Handle multiple requests at once, research efficiently, and respond promptly without compromising on quality.
- Communicate brilliantly: Write clear, polished, and engaging responses that feel warm, natural, and easy to understand.
- Own the experience: Manage requests from start to finish, keep members updated, and make sure nothing gets missed along the way.
- Build strong connections: Work with Ten’s global network of suppliers, including restaurants, hotels, travel partners, and lifestyle providers, to unlock great experiences for members.

Requirements
- Must have strong written & spoken communication skills in English (minimum C1 level) and Italian (minimum C2 level)
- Min 3+ years’ experience in customer service, concierge, dining, entertainment, travel, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced service environment
- Proven ability to manage complex requests and deliver exceptional, personalised service
- Strong knowledge of travel, dining, entertainment, luxury lifestyle, and key global destinations
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised, service-driven, and able to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other digital tools
- Must have the legal right to live and work in UK or SA without visa sponsorship
Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office Option
- Located in United Kingdom or South Africa
- Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement - at least 2x a week in the office
- A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
