About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organised and socially confident Lifestyle & Personal Assistant to support our Founder in London.
This is a varied role combining personal assistance, lifestyle management and social coordination. We're looking for someone who can bring structure to a busy schedule, take initiative and proactively make things happen rather than simply waiting for instructions.

The role will be hybrid, with some work completed remotely and regular in-person support across London.
What You'll Do
- Manage and organise the Founder's personal and social calendar
- Research and arrange business, networking and social events
- Organise restaurants, activities, travel and leisure plans
- Assist with shopping, wardrobe purchases and personal errands
- Coordinate sports and other appointments
- Accompany the Founder to selected events and activities when appropriate
- Proactively suggest new places, activities and experiences
About You
We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, reliable, socially confident and discreet.

You'll be comfortable working independently, taking initiative and spending time out and about in London. An interest in restaurants, events, travel, fashion and an active lifestyle would be a strong fit for the role.
Previous experience in personal assistance, lifestyle management, events, hospitality, concierge or a similar role is helpful, although personality, initiative and good judgement are equally important.
The Role
This is a contractor position with substantial weekly availability. The role offers flexibility, with a combination of remote work and in-person activities in London.
