Lift Engineer (Service & Call Out)

Local routes. Industry-leading technology. A company that invests in its engineers.

ACE Lifts is one of the UK’s leading independent lift companies, providing installation, maintenance, refurbishment and repair services nationwide.

As we continue to grow across London, we’re looking for experienced Lift Engineers who take pride in their work, value strong customer relationships and want to be part of a supportive team that invests in their development.

The Role

You’ll carry out planned servicing, routine maintenance and breakdown response, primarily on commercial lifts. Wherever possible, your service route will be close to where you live, with wider regional coverage out of hours during your on-call week.

Working with our in-house technology and support teams, you’ll play an important role in keeping lifts safe, reliable and operating efficiently for our customers.

Why Join ACE?

At ACE, we believe that people make the difference.

We invest in our engineers through training, development and the tools they need to succeed. Our Intelligent Lift Management software and in-house manufacturing capabilities help engineers diagnose faults, reduce downtime and deliver a great service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
