Lift Sales Executive – New Installation, Modernisation & Replacement

Location: Manchester

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 - Dependent on Experience & Sector + Commission

Sector: Lift / Vertical Transportation / Construction

We are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's largest independent lift businesses, providing a comprehensive range of vertical transportation solutions to construction companies, developers, architects, consultants and end users.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint experienced Lift Sales Executives across three specialist areas of the business:

  • New Lift Installation
  • Lift Modernisation
  • Lift Replacement

These are individual opportunities, with the successful candidate's experience and background determining the most suitable division.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing sales opportunities across the Northern region, building strong relationships with customers and key industry stakeholders and managing opportunities from initial enquiry through to quotation and order. Depending on your experience, you could specialise in new lift installations within construction and development projects, modernisation of existing lift systems, or complete lift replacement projects.

You will work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, developers, building owners, and internal technical teams to understand requirements and provide the right vertical transportation solution.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
