Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lift Service Engineer located in London. The Lift Service Engineer will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of goods and passenger lifts, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Daily tasks will include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, providing on-site technical support, and performing both preventative and corrective maintenance. The role requires working closely with team members and maintaining superior communication with clients to ensure their needs are fully met.

Qualifications
- NVQ 3 Qualification is essential
- Night call mandatory
- Van and phone provided
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues with lifts and associated systems
- Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site service and customer interactions
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair to ensure the reliable performance of goods and passenger lifts
- Effective verbal and written Communication skills to liaise with team members and customers
- Hands-on experience providing Technical Support for lift installations, repairs, and modernizations
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to lift operations
- Must be UK based
