Studio29 Lighting Design is an award-winning lighting design consultancy known for our creativity and expertise in lighting solutions. We specialize in all areas of architectural lighting design, light installations, temporary schemes, and art lighting. Our turnkey solutions ensure that all lighting requirements are met, following the client's brief, working within budget constraints, and completing projects on time.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Lighting Designer based in London (no exceptions). The role involves:

The key is creativity and flexibility to work across many projects. The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Attending client meetings
  • Conducting site visits
  • Preparing lighting plans
  • Managing project timelines

Qualifications

  • Lighting Control and Lighting Design skills
  • Experience in Architectural Lighting and Lighting installations
  • CAD and DIALUX are essential, Revit is also beneficial
  • Photoshop, Indesign, AI and other modelling programs are also beneficial
  • Even better if you can pick up a pencil and sketch your ideas
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a team
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree or MA in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
  • Relevant industry experience and portfolio of past projects
