LIMS Product Owner / Quality & Compliance Product Lead
UK | Hybrid - 10 days per week in London
9-month fixed term contract
We're supporting a leading global organisation looking for an experienced LIMS Product Owner / Product Lead to take ownership of its Quality & Compliance technology landscape, with a particular focus on Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
You'll act as the link between laboratory operations, business stakeholders and technology teams, owning the product roadmap, backlog and delivery priorities across a global environment.

- Own and prioritise the LIMS product backlog and roadmap.
- Translate business requirements into features and user stories.
- Lead an agile delivery squad and oversee releases and rollouts.
- Work with senior business and technical stakeholders globally.
- Manage product risks, dependencies, resources and budgets.
- Support L2/L3 incidents and ongoing application performance.
- Track product KPIs, value and continuous improvement.
- Work with external vendors and internal technology teams.
We're looking for:
- Strong experience implementing and managing LIMS in a global environment.
- Previous Product Owner, Product Manager or LIMS Lead experience.
- Strong understanding of laboratory operations and Quality/Compliance processes.
- Experience owning roadmaps, backlogs and product priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and agile delivery experience.
