LIMS Specialist - UK, Swindon - 6 Month Contract
Our client is seeking a LIMS Specialist to join their global pharmaceutical company located in Swindon for an initial 6 month duration.
It is a fast-paced and exciting environment which is seeing a lot of internal investment. This is the chance to get involved with a global client who is going from strength to strength.
With several exciting refurbishment projects in the pipeline this is a great chance to be involved in the full project lifecycle with the opportunity to move into other projects and areas of the business.

What You'll Do
- Lead the enhancement and optimisation of an established LIMS environment, including method management and system expansion
- Implement electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN) for chemical and microbiological methods, improving digital workflows and compliance
- Integrate laboratory instruments and barcode tracking to enable automated data capture, sample traceability, and efficient batch release

What you'll need:
- Proven experience working with LIMS systems, including configuration, method setup, and data integration
- Strong understanding of laboratory operations (chemical and microbiology workflows) and digital transformation initiatives (e.g. ELN, automation)
- Ability to manage multiple methods, specifications, and system improvements while supporting ongoing project delivery
