We are currently seeking Line Cooks to join our Culinary team at Rodd Brudenell River Resort. The successful candidate will bring prior hotel or restaurant cooking experience and a strong commitment to quality and teamwork.
Pay: From CA$19.00 – CA$ 24.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal
Responsibilities
- Prep and cook required items in accordance with menu, using grill, ovens, and fryers
- Maintain continual cleaning and sanitizing of surrounding work area
- Assist with culinary auditing, temperature checking of food items within kitchen, stations, fridge’s and freezers
- Adherence to Rodd’s policies and procedures, including Occupational Health and Safety and Food Safety
- May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- 2 years of line cook experience preferred
- Proficiency in fundamental cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to independently manage a single kitchen station
- Strong customer-service mindset with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
