B1 or B2 Line Engineer Opportunities – East Midlands Airport - Week On/Week Off Roster
Full-Day and Full-Night Shifts Available
Are you an experienced UK CAA B1 or B2 Licensed Engineer looking for your next opportunity with a leading cargo aviation operation?
We're seeking B1 and B2 Line Engineers to join our team at East Midlands Airport (EMA), playing a key role in supporting our growing UK network and ensuring our aircraft remain safe, compliant, and operational.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly experienced engineering team where you'll have the autonomy to make decisions, certify maintenance work, and contribute directly to the success of a 24/7 flying operation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Certifying maintenance activities and ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and regulatory standards.
- Supporting line maintenance operations at EMA and across the wider UK network.
- Carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance activities, including AOG recovery support when required.
- Ensuring technical documentation, work orders, and maintenance records are accurately completed.
- Working closely with Maintenance Management, Planning, and Logistics teams to maintain operational performance.
- Promoting a strong safety culture and maintaining the highest engineering standards.

What We're Looking For
- Unrestricted UK CAA B1 or B2 Licence (Dual B1/B2 advantageous)
- Type rating on B737 NG and/or B737 Classic
- Minimum 5 years' aviation engineering experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to safety and quality
