Are you an experienced Line Leader? Join us here at Nature’s Way Foods and receive a £1500 signing on bonus. We’re looking for a confident and proactive Line Leader to join our fast-paced Production team. This is a hands-on supervisory role with responsibility for leading your team to deliver safe, high-quality products whilst meeting daily performance targets. If you thrive in a busy FMCG environment and enjoy motivating others to achieve results, we’d love to hear from you.

The hours you’ll work:
Day Shift Only – Fixed Days (7am-7pm)
You will work 7 days within a 14-day period. Typically:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday
Nights Only – Fixed Nights (7pm-7am)
You will work 4 nights per week – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
What you’ll do:
- Lead and coordinate Production Operatives and agency colleagues, managing labour, materials and equipment effectively
- Maintain Health & Safety, food safety, GMP and customer standards, completing checks and compliance paperwork accurately
- Own line performance by monitoring KPIs and SIC, taking corrective action to reduce waste, giveaway and downtime
- Coach colleagues to achieve right-first-time quality, managing non-conformances and escalating major issues appropriately
- Deliver clear shift handovers, identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead by example
What we’re looking for from you:

- Previous experience within FMCG or food manufacturing
- Supervisory experience, proven machine operation experience and demonstrable leading capability
- Strong understanding of KPIs and production targets
- Confidence to coach, motivate, and manage performance
