We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Line Leader to join our Manufacturing Production Team in Corsham. In this role you will take responsibility for leading a team, ensuring high standards of food safety, quality, and operational performance, while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn over £600 per week

Balanced Schedule: We have a shift pattern of 06.00am - 14.00 pm, Monday to Friday, giving you more time for yourself.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a production team to achieve high-quality results
  • Mentor individuals to enhance capability and career growth
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are always maintained
  • Monitor KPIs and operational performance
  • Manage labour, training, and communication within the area
  • Promote a positive team culture and safe working environment
  • Ensure the area is audit-ready and compliant with health & safety procedures

Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
  • Experience in manufacturing or food production environments preferred
  • Good understanding of health & safety and food safety standards
  • Organised, proactive and solution focused attitude
  • Level 2 Food Safety qualification (desirable)
